醫死人還索謝函 被起訴 Aug 3rd 2011, 23:00 【郭芷余╱高雄報導】婦人蔡青春前年腹痛就醫，被高雄正薪醫院副院長林文俊診斷出子宮肌瘤切除子宮，但術後感染轉診不治。家屬與醫院原達成三百萬元和解，但院方要求家屬擬感謝函感謝醫院，家屬憤而提告，高檢地檢署認為，林文俊未警覺蔡婦術後感染，延誤治療，昨依業務過失致死罪起訴林。 詳全文：醫死人還索謝函 被起訴
