從寬認定 市地重劃免課奢侈稅 Jul 29th 2011, 23:00 【陳瑩欣╱台北報導】財政部昨公布首件特種勞務及貨物銷售稅（奢侈稅）解釋令。財政部官員說，凡在都更計劃的土地重劃用地，如畸零地移轉買賣免課10%到15%稅金。另外，奢侈稅解釋令也將決定高價貨物如果沒有提出政府可以接受的展覽證明，進口時仍要課10%奢侈稅，不能以租賃規避。 詳全文：從寬認定 市地重劃免課奢侈稅
